Avoid using these.

The property was nice and cozy

They will find any way to get extra money out of you they are charging us an extra 120 for smoking on the balcony which it says in the pamphlet that it is allowed. Shocking customer service.

Location is good, in the middle of town. Car parking in the underground car park was welcome so thank you for that. Nice apartment. Two bathrooms!

There was no electricity on arrival and it was a really hot day so we were unable to have a cold drink, put any fans on etc. The letting company did eventually get someone to come and he was very nice and sorted it out for us.

Milton Keynes Staycation

Clear instructions for key collection and apartment location - follow them exactly. Clean apartment that was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony and relaxing in the large lounge. Both bedrooms were a good size and one with an en suite bathroom. Sainsburys was directly downstairs. I noticed other reviews mentioned noise; we didn't experience that. Bonus is the free parking space in the private car park.

You have to come down the flat and walk down the street to the car park to throw the bins at the end of your stay - which, to be fair, a lot of places in the UK are doing now - I think due to an issue with cleaners? but I still think this is inconvenient and an awkward end to the stay. Otherwise, everything else was good.
