We were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who explained places of interest nearby and answered all our questions, really excellent service! The location was right in the centre with plenty of eateries nearby including Xmas market. The room was clean and properly insulated. The shower was really good as well. We used sauna within the hotel which was clean and very well maintained. We are really grateful for the service received and will definitely book again should we visit Cologne again.

Showeroom (not shower space) was on the small side but not complaining.

Prime locations, 2 minutes from main christmas markets and shoping area. The room was clean and great, nothing to complain about. The hotel staff gave me small champagne bottle for my birthday (They saw the date on the booking details). Good price for value

Only the pillow was too soft.

The location was great. Staff at the reception very helpful.

No water boiler or coffee or tea in the hotelroom. However not sure if that's common in Germany like in Australia.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, stylish, quiet and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Great location within feet of the nain markets. One of the most agreeable hotel we've stayed in.

No kettle which was just a minor niggle.
