Perfect for what we wanted and we had a great view of the Christmas market from our room

The pillows were thin so didnt have the best sleep the first night but we asked for two extra and was fine the following night

Beautiful location at a beautiful hotel. Updated perfectly and extremely comfortable. Would stay again.

Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Breakfast buffet, it had everything you could imagine.

The only downside would be the parking. We were given a parking area that was about a 10 minute walk. It was cold and miserable and later found a closer parking spot behind the hotel that would have been more convenient.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel, it was perfect! Walked right out the door and there was the Christmas Market! Perfect location. Rooms were super nice and Staff was so friendly!

Best place to stay!

Great location with such helpful staff and comfy beds. The breakfast Buffett was also great. There were five of us in three rooms and we would all definitely stay here again. The picture is of the entrance to one of the best Christmas markets taken from our second floor window. It was a pleasure to stay there.

1. Right in the heart of Koln. 2. In the doorstep stood a lovely Christmas market. 3. The rooms were really clean. 4. The staff was friendly and polite. 5. The parking is not really far away. However, as it is not part of the hotel, it could be a problem if you have a person with mobility needs or a baby/toddler.

1. Christmas markets last working day is on the 23/12. Noone warns the visitors that Christmas markets are closed on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day. If we knew that, we wouldn't travel for Christmas, as everything was closed (including caf). 2. Rooms were really tight and uncomfortable. While opening the door you literally bump into the toilet's door. 3. The beds and the sink are too high. People with reduced mobility and toddlers do have a problem. However , this could easily be solved with a simple stool. We requested it but they offered it to us just for an hour or so, not for the whole trip. 4. Reduced choice of breakfast: fruits are missing, no cakes as shown in the photos. 5. Heating can not be easily adjusted from the guests. 6. No toiletries (except than a shampoo) nor slippers are provided. 7. I think that the cost of 15/night for a cot is a bit too much. I haven't encountered this to any other hotel.

Christmas Market trip

There was great communication before our stay from the hotel staff. Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast (and we are vegan, that was our pre-stay communication), wonderful staff and a fantastic location for the Christmas Markets. Loved grabbing a cappuccino from the cafe downstairs and heading up to the room for a mid-day break. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable location, comfort, and value.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. A simple, five minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Terrific breakfast. Exceptionally clean and quiet rooms, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Terrific value for the money.

We were a bit warm in the room and could not get the temperature lower.
