    I'll stay here again
    Fabulous location in Girona. The rooms were large with a great bathroom and had a small fridge and safe. There was also a kettle for coffee or tea in the room. Staff was wonderful and helpful with information and taxi arrangements. They even had umbrellas for those of us who forgot ours.
    Our first rooms bed was not great. We asked to be changed after our first night. The next bed was wonderful with great pillows. The breakfast offered is way overpriced for what you get.

    Fantastic location
    The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but the best part was that the location was perfect. It was fantastic as it was close to the train station and centrally located.
    We stayed in family room 111, and this room was right next to the elevator, so we couldn't sleep because of the sound of luggage being pulled and other noises all night long.

    I usually stay at this hotel when I go to Girona and its always a great place to stay
    There was a lot of noice all night this is no necessarily the fault of the hotel but the other guests But the room are not well insulated so you hear your neighbours!

    Very enjoyable - great location and comfortable hotel for a wonderful city
    Excellent location right in the heart of the city with very welcoming staff and a nice bright breakfast room. The rooms are very comfortable while a little updating might help, they are excellent value also for the location.
    Not much - lift was not working but this didn't matter.

    Great location, but overpriced and needed a really good clean of the rooms.
    Location for the old town in Girona was perfect. Parking (if needed) was next door 24 per night. Train station 10 minutes walk. 6 spinning bikes in the cellar.
    The staff werent exactly welcoming at checkin. Checked in at 16:30 and one (from 2) room wasnt yet ready. No apology given. The lift didnt work for the period of the trip (3 nights). Beware, breakfast costs 17 per person per day and is quite limited. Best to pop to a cafe. The room really wasnt cleaned apart from a quick hoover and parts of the room had old stains on the walls from mold or a leak. Not great for the price paid. Last point, they didnt have an iron or iron board in the entire HOTEL and didnt know why. The inside pool area was closed and just had old chairs in it (literally in the empty pool).
