    The staff was amazing and super helpful. Location is great with no question.
    When I consider the price and service it was fair. There is nothing that I didnt like.

    Basic hotel in a great Barcelona location
    The location was perfect on a quiet street only 3 blocks from Placa Catalunya and 2 from Universidad. The room was basic, but spotless and reception was very helpful.

    Lovely and pleasant room/hotel.
    We loved the rooftop view and the location of the property, it was a nice room too.
    The beds were a bit more firm than we were used to.

    I would say only talking to reception only for information regarding touristic part and that's all
    No fridge at room No proper lighting this part already told reception and the reception told me it is what it is,room without curtains was ok lighting but with curtains was super dark No slippers at room even with the ask from reception Towels was only for one person despite the fact we were 2 and I must come down to reception to rake them Only 1 bottle of shampoo for one person,in total 2 for 2 people Breakfast was ehhhh I requested for king bed but they gave me 2 single bed which merged together

    Location was good and liked that it has spa
    Staff would agree to help with things and confirm they have done things when they haven't or don't intend to. We asked for aircon to be fixed, they agreed to do this two days in a row but never did. They later said that they don't use AC in the season we traveled in.. fine but dont lie and dont advertise you do. They told us they had booked the taxi for our transport to airport, when checked the following day they confirmed it was booked. When we waiting for our taxi at checkout it didn't arrive and when we asked staff they admitted they hadn't booked it. We had accessibility needs so this caused significant issues at the airport with wheelchair assist as we were late.
