    Not what expected... really overpriced
    Good location, with easy access to the city. Clean room, cold at first, but warmer after a couple of hours. Good food, exceptional variety at breakfast. Lots of parking places in the hotel parking.
    The hotel is under renovation, and it was pretty hard to find the entrance. We were almost lost on our way to reception. Getting in and out of parking was not easy, either. Basic amenities in the room and in the restaurant, with basic beds and chairs, and no carpet. Overpriced at 240 euro a night - conditions appropriate for MAX 90 euro... Absolutely NOT a 4 stars hotel, one can give a maximum of 3 stars, with strong competition even here...

    Short and sweet stay at the center of the city
    Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good from the hotel to offer both breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel price. They even offered fika in the afternoon.
    On the first night, we could not get the room keys as there were some problems in their system. Staff at the reception helped to enter the room with their keys.

    Perfect experience , friendly staffs, Hygge time
    Their excellent service impressed me a lot, all of the staffs are gracious and enthusiastic! Before the day of check-in, they asked if any customers is vegetarian or allergic to some foods, which is really thoughtful. The dinner has many vegetarian choice, I really appreciate it. The room has a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a TV with many choices if you have accounts of Netflix, HBO, Disney + Its not far from the railway station and bus stop, you can buy some beverages in the shop next to the hotel or have a Fika during the teatime for free. Everything is convenient and perfect!

    Clean spacious room with excellent bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
    The windows being covered over due to building works. A may inside door of room to take muddy wet snowy shoes off on would be good.

    The hotel provides half-board package with decent breakfast, afternoon cake and hearty dinner. Tea, coffee and water were available all day. This is extremally good deal given pricey meals elsewhere in the town. We had very spacious room which included master's bedroom, living area, kitchenette, kid's bedroom and restroom with shower. They also have a special deal for their guests with gym located in the same stairway.
    Only one working elevator made it nearly impossible to use it as it would took often more than five minutes to travel between floors. The building was covered in film because of facade renovation - however no actual works took place between Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. Stormy wind first night tore off part of the film and opened at least some view.

    Highly recommended. Great experience.
    Great location, centre of the city with superb travelling connections (public transport is unbelievably good). The accomodation was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for the stay. The only thing that was missing was stocked kitchenette wear (plates, utensils). The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpfull. We had to wait for our travelling connection and we were able to use their storage room to store our travelling things while waiting. Furthermore while waiting, we were able to get the hotel offered tee, coffee, drinks for no extra charge. Apart from breakfast and dinner they offer a relaxing free snack - Fika (cake and tee, coffee) from 1500-1700. The hotel has also a great gym and right next door there is a fun bowling alley. Overall a great experience and stay. I would recommend to anyone.

    Breakfast was excellent and rich. Very good location, near Gothenburg central station. About 150 meters away, there is a X4 bus stop from which you can reach Liseberg.
