Pool area was nice, room was nice,
Bed was not comfortable, breakfast was of poor quality eggs were cold the sausage they served was a kielbasa type they sliced into coins and it was overcooked and rubbery.

The hairs in the tub, whiskers on the t.p. holder, white spots on the couch, the hit tub was full of foam and hurt my eyes, shower pooled up at my feet, had trouble checking in, vending machine was almost empty.

Location great, room weird set up.
The location was great! It was easy to get an Uber or Lift. Far enough from all the downtown craziness and easy to leave town the next day. It was also, nice and quiet.
It was a strange bathroom set up. The dressing area was in the way of the bathroom entrance. The bathroom counter tops were weirdly low. When I booked it I was planning on one room with a King and the second room with 2 Queen beds. I got one King and one Queen....bummer.

False advertising concerning airport shuttle service

They advertise free airport shuttle service. I called them at 9:51PM and asked for a shuttle pick up. They refused to send someone out. The reason was that after 9:30PM the driver would not be able to return by 10PM and would not be covered by insurance. Why do they advertise free airport shuttle? There is no mention that it is only valid during certain times. I specifically booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle service. I paid $32.47 for a Uber ride. The front desk manager said I would be contacted by phone and/or email and arrangements would be made to reimburse me for the uber ride. I never heard from anyone.
