OKKKKK for a short trip but then I wouldnt go back to Lloret again.

The interconnecting rooms when you have children are brilliant. The children also loved the spa bath!

Breakfast was poor! Extremely salty and processed. We only had breakfast for 2 mornings and didnt go again. Coffee machines were never working and when they did, there wasnt enough of them. Pool area needed a bit of a make over; tiles cleaned etc. The car park is a good 10 minute walk; the owner offered and actually came with us so we could find it. Reception staff were not the best! We checked in and the lady actually worked out our bill Incorrectly at check in and if my husband had not looked at the numbers, he nearly paid an extra 1000 to stay!!!! I would say the hotel is good compared to looking around at other hotels during our stay. The streets are EXTREMLY dirty and smelly; smell like urine and drains. It is also very noisy at night. We also re arranged the room when we got there because we were on the 5th floor (requested a lower floor) but I didnt like the idea of the balcony with no real lock and 3 young children.

Amazing hotel

everything was amazing , amazing staff really helpful especially the blonde lady on reception didnt quite catch her name but she was so polite and so helpful. pool area is amazing and nice and quite we even had the pools to ourselves quite a lot of our stay I will definitely be coming back. Room was super clean very spacious, and loved the jacuzzi bath

Good

Breakfast was good each morning. The staff were all very friendly, in particular Miguel who worked at nights he was extremely friendly and very helpful.

There is some noise at night due to people leaving the bars, but nothing that the hotel can do about that.

Breakfast is OK Friendly Staff Quiet

Not a 4 star Spa. Not a Spa at all and below standard. Small pool, poor rooms. Beds are more like stretchers, bathroom outdated. Very poor value for money. This is a 2 star facility.
