Clifftop's elegant dining room serves a gourmet menu whilst some meals can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining deck looking over the canyon. The wide variety of dishes are accompanied by a carefully selected range of exclusive wines. Two daily safaris in an open safari vehicle are included. During warm months, guests can relax in the pool, while a lounge with fireplace is available for the winter.

    Literally over a cliff
    The location and views are simply fantastic and service from Patric was just exceptional. Btw book unit 1 if you want the swing chair!!
    I think the food at lodge could do with some improvement, very fancy named soups but it all seemed like was just "trying too hard", also not sure a mince and coleslaw between a bun made a great sloppy joe. I think the water system is from a septic tank so shower was fine but bath would not be as clear.

    The location was good. The room was nice, comfortable enough and well-appointed, although it does need some maintenance. The food was mostly good.
    Some of the staff need an update on their sense of humour and how maturely they interact with guests. Our butler was great; our game ranger wasn't great. Some lessons in deportment and decorum will serve management well.

    Staff were friendly and always available. The guide, and barman were amazing and provided excellent service.
    The rooms did not meet my expectations, particularly considering the price we paid. I understand that being in a nature setting means encountering insects, but having flies and a large number of ants in the room was disappointing. Additionally, one of the towels in the room was dirty, with a noticeable stain on it.

    It's worthwhile to try but don't expect a lot from the All-inclusive sold. For the same amount rather try out
    The location is very good. Hidden and tucked away.
    There are very few variety of animals in the game reserve. You drive very long and only spot a few animals. For a big 5 reserve they should do better. The 5 star experience and all inclusive was limited. No welcoming and send send-off done properly. Reception is mostly vacant and normally there should always be someone ready to assist. The meals where rigid and limited. On 2or 3 options, I remember a prawn salad we had where it was over cooked and nothing else available to replace.
