It was very good and the person behind the counter is a very sound person would definitely stay again

There wasnt really anything I didnt like. I got exactly what I paid for. I wasnt expecting no 5 star hotel but it really delivered to my expectations

Unpleasant. I left at 8am the next morning.

The location.

The size of the room, paying for parking, no tea making facilities, noise from the bar area, the taps in the bathroom didnt work properly, it was too hot in the very small room, bed wasnt comfortable and it was not a clean room . My mascara rolled under the bed, it was disgusting how dirty it was under the bed.

Bed comfortable, room clean, disappointed with bathroom.

No breakfast supplied.

No plug in the hand basin. Shower door didn't fit correctly and came off rail trying to close it. Reported to owner next morning, didn't show much interest.

Loved the Clifton, my new place to stay from now on .

I could not have had a better experience than my stay at this hotel .It`s a beautiful building with extremely clean and comfortable facilities with a very friendly staff who made me feel like it was a home from home .Perfectly situated to get in and out of town quickly in a great area for shops and walks .The staff looked after me really well and were very laid back and friendly .Everybody staying there seemed to have a great time .Ten out of ten and exceptional value for money .
