Superb

The pool is a great size. Two minutes to the beach. The room was comfy and big enough for 2 adults and 3 children.

the queen bed was not comfy. Room service would have been super. The restaurant menu was not exciting and the food was ok.

Great apartments for families

That the pool isn't heated. Why isn't this a thing in WA? I don't want it to be a bath, but take the chill off the water it's much more appealing! If I want cold water I'd swim in the ocean!

The price in relation to the service they offer is really a bad deal

The hotel is located walking distance far from everything, and they do not offer breakfast at all. All you can get is a list of places you can go at the closest cities (Dunsborough or Busselton). We were lucky enough to have a car. We were just thinking about an elderly couple, for example , without a car!!!

We booked the place as a hotel. However, when got there we learned that they only clean the rooms once a week. In case you want it done, you need to request. Actually we did, but when we were back to the room, the bed was not made. Instead, we got a note from the cleaning staff saying that because a personal item (a pyjama) was on it, they could not touch the bed!!! This was the 1st time we ever heard about something like that!

Everything other then the neighbors was good

Location room size

Neighboring patrons very loud on balcony until 12 am and when I called reception not much was done about this.not fun when you have a long drive the next day.I read policy for this and dont believe it was up held
