Location and the clean rooms which you could not fault.
And what not to mention when it came to price value for money.

Best place in Bournemouth
The property was exactly as the photos, new and super clean. The bed was so comfortable that it will make you think twice before getting up. The host is amazing and replies to all your messages. All the essentials mentioned were available in the room and the kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect and nearby everything. There is a mini supermarket that opens till late which is very convenient. I strongly recommend this place to others.

Excellent central location. The accommodation had been refurbished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. a well equipped communal kitchen.
The bedroom and bathroom could have been a little larger, but was perfectly adequate. I could not operate the volume control on the TV. The remote was obviously supposed to be intuitive but, at least in my case, it wasn't and there were no instructions/manual to assist.

the experience was perfect.
First of all, the location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the seaside, a 10-minute walk to Bournemouth Square, shopping and entertainment is very convenient.
Secondly, because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet to sleep at night.
Finally, the room was clean, without any odor, and it was very convenient to check in and check out.
