    All good
    Having to wait outside in the rain waiting for a code only to be told that it had been cancelled. Tried ringing booking.com and went to answer phone . We book a lot of trips with this company and were disappointed that they didnt even get back to us . In the end we got in touch with the owner to let us in . I had to prove my booking and also that it had gone out of my account . a call back or an email would have been good . Thanks Gary

    The host Nicole could not have done any more she so helpful and met us at the apartment and any thing we needed was there and really was the perfect host would highly recommend anyone to stay there very central for all amenities 10 out of 10

    Perfect location in the center of Whitby. Close to the train station, the shops, restaurants, the Whitby Abbey and the beach. Big room, pretty and very comfortable. The host made sure we had everything for our stay.
    The WiFi could be a bit better.

    What a beautiful room, nice and clean, kettle so you could have a drink of tea, coffee, chocolate, herbal teas, and some biscuits and 2 bottles of water. Great location, car park 2 minutes walk away.shower and toilet spot on and lovley and warm. Would definitely stop here again. We loved it

    Fantastic central location, rooms very clean and tidy and the house keeping was superb.
    Booking and checking in as we travelled and arrived late at Nicole who looked after us was fantastic with the communications and support she gave us. First class customer service.
    There was a large sea swell over the Friday night and the drains backed up with some smell but not much that the accommodation could really do and Nicole was great and did what she could that did support the situation.

    Great central location, comfortable and cozy room.
    Great central location. Comfortable bed, clean and well-equipped room. Friendly host who kept in touch to let me know when the room would be ready for us. Its our second stay at Cobbleview in the same room and well definitely book again.
