All rooms are surrounded by green vegetation, clearly visible through the glass partitions that connect with the open-air bathrooms, which in itself creates a sense of connection with nature, in cool contrast with the expanse of the turquoise sea. Lago Talking Furniture project powers interaction with the furniture, connecting to each guest's smartphone device through a wired chip in the furniture, to activate a direct interaction with the resort, to learn about themed evenings or indeed to share images and reviews of the experience.

Superb

A great stay for vacation

- Absolutely fantastic facilities and design for both the hotel and our room! Very comfortable stay and excellent sea view in the room! - Can step into the sea and go snorkeling right at our room! There were a lot of sea animals around the reefs, and we even met lionfish, urchins, stingrays, eagle rays, moray eels when we were snorkeling. - A good variety of food was provided every day - some can be a good try.

- Be very careful when receiving any payment link even from the hotel's booking.com official account. We received a scam payment link sent from the hotel's booking.com account via email and keyed in everything already, but fortunately did not click the payment button. It is quite important to us if the hotel could take the necessary actions to ensure their guest information is safely maintained. - We did not receive any information about the seaplane schedule before we were waiting at the gate for seaplane boarding. We arrived at Male late in the evening and had to stay one night before taking the seaplane to the hotel the next day. We were surprised to learn that our host at Male received no info from the hotel (already at around 11.30 pm, and the seaplane transfer was scheduled at 5.30 am the next day), even though the hotel staff promised to advise the info to our host at Male. We eventually got the schedule info at midnight thanks to our host helping us to call the hotel. - We do value the opportunity to talk with the hotel manager during the stay about our holiday and comments, but it would be great if the meeting time and location could be more flexible. Not sure whether other guests experience the same, but it sounds a little bit weird to us (being asked to go to the Loabi Loabi Bar at 6.30 pm - the best time for ending water activities and enjoying the sunset right in our room).

Water villa was lovely. Staff really attentive and nice. Beach beautiful. Had cloud and rain several days which means little to do unfortunately

The buffet restaurant food was almost cold every mealtime. The all inclusive alcoholic drinks were not very nice. The live music was old fashioned and not really suited to the average age group. The place kind of lacked atmosphere and felt half empty

Exceptional

Amazing place. Good organisation of transfers, check in/out, amazing personal assistant Munni who helped us a lot during our stay. Food is not of much variety, but tasty and everyone can find good options. We enjoyed our stay a lot and looking forward to come back.
