Santorini is generally expensive, especially for an incredible view like we had here. Cocoon Suites was definitely worth it for a few nights though just for the experience!

Peaceful and relaxing holiday in a luxurious way.

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this place is. This place is so perfect for rest and recuperation. The staff are wonderful - very helpful, excellent attention to details, and absolutely professional. The place has a perfect view of the caldera and the sunset. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Dont miss out the rooms with private jacuzzi. Watching the sunset in a jacuzzi is a special experience. For a group or family, their large room with 2 rooms is perfect. It comes with a kitchen and a spacious living room.

Nothing at all. Not something we didnt like but it is probably important to note that access to the hotel might be challenging for persons with restricted mobility.

Sewer smell

Breakfast was great. The staff was lovely.

My original room smelled like a pungent sewer so I asked to be moved. That room smelled as well but at least I could close the bathroom door to keep some of the smell at bay. Overall, I don't think I got the value for the price I paid

unique hotel carved in the cliffs

Ariadni welcomed us with a huge smile and literally made this trip amazing ..... She arranged a car service to pick us up at the ferry. it is so cool to see your name written and then get into a Mercedes van and no drama. then we got there kinda early and she let us. check in early ! She made sure the wifi was working and the IPAD for ordering breakfast was explained and just amazing customer service. Also the staff JUMPED to help. ya and they carried our luggage to and from the street. We had dinner at the hotel and again outstanding .... Thank you Nick & George & George. Ariadni gave us great places to eat and really knew how to make our stay amazing

I have absolute no idea .... this is a cave and they made it to a palace. the one thing I would love is USA plugs in the room. I loved my view and I truly loved how easy it was ordering room service. I loved my enormous breakfast I do wish they had Splenda

Nice staff, very kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and also its in your bedroom. Amazing experience and the hot tub also is great. Recomended place for couples

The price changes significantly if you book weekends and weekdays and also if you book one night before it can be the cheapest price. You can save like 100usd per night in low season.

We received a free upgrade to the "cave jacuzzi suite" which was amazing The staff was very friendly and helpful The a la carte breakfast was very good and tasty and it was served daily in our suite at the time that we chose The view of the sunset from our room and the hotel in general is tremendous

It is quite difficult to reach the hotel ( steep slope stairs) but the staff was always willing to help us with the luggage The fresh water in the bathroom was not exactly fresh, it was quite salty. I am not sure if this is a fault of the specific property or is the same for the whole area but it was something that we didn't like Everything else was perfect
