    Great location for a one night stopover
    Beautiful location, nice old country, Hotel the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was okay..
    We booked a superior room and all that was very spacious. The deco was very tired. They advertised home-made biscuits, but these were not available. The poor girl in reception seem to be doing everything.

    Friendly hotel, with character, good food and friendly staff
    Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable premises, good restaurant (we ate dinner but had to leave before breakfast. The hotel has a lovely character and would definately stay there again if we needed to stay in the area

    Great one night stay.
    Breakfast - good breakfast. We expected continental breakfast after receiving emails from Booking.Com to that effect, in the end we had a good choice of yogurt/fruit/muesli and excellent sausage and bacon too. Good coffee and great friendly service. Dinner- excellent veggy pie dish - really very good. Great service from the young waiter as well as super great bar skills! Room - good value. Warm, comfortable, relaxing and reflected the photo. Ok some may highlight this or that issue but it was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful Bar had a good atmosphere and felt to be popular with locals which was good.

    All was great. We arrived early as attending Three Counties Show the next day and spent a very leisurely afternoon and evening in the bar. Excellent food in the restaurant and excellent breakfast choice. Parking on site and only 12-mins' drive to the show. Ideal.
    Could do with more comfortable seating in the bar area.

    The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, when they say they are dog friendly they definitely are. Some hotels we have visited have advertised as dog friendly but I would say they're more dog tolerant. We ate at the hotel and the food was good, the room had what you needed along with a dog bed and bowls and a treat for our labrador. For people who want to take their best friend with them I would definitely recommend, we will return. Thank you for a lovely stay

    If you travel with your dog and are in Malvern / Worcester area its the place to stay
    Shuch a pleasant surprise I know it states dog friendly but it really is the best we stayed in around Europe.

    Beautiful hotel which is Doggie friendly. Good price for all you get
    Beautiful property and fabulous room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and efficient service. Lots of doggies although we didnt have one it was lovely to see the dog friendly environment. It was my second choice of property as my previous one cancelled on me a few weeks before we were due to visit, going to a gig locally, however I was not disappointed it was beautifully located looking out over the Malvern Hills from the dining room. We also had a lovely lunch as we arrived a little early which was also very nice. Its always good to see local people having lunch there too! Of which there were quite a few. Definitely will visit again if we come that way again. The railway station is literally 5 mins away from the hotel which is very convenient although we didnt use it ourselves it would be something I would consider if I didnt want the drive.

    There was not anything I can fault about the property. It was a lovely little mini break and would definitely have a longer stay there.
