Disappointing

Like how big the rooms are and sometimes they have good deals on the rooms

These people don't know what is going on and are very rude quite frankly. I paid cash for a whole week plus another 2 days so I paid for 9 days and then I get back from work and they locked me out of my room and tell me I owe them for two nights when I already paid cash for them so they will take your money so be careful I even asked one of the employees to make sure that I was good and everything was paid and she looked and told me yes and then out of nowhere I get here and we're locked out and they have all of our stuff in the room and no I won't ever be coming back here I didn't like how this situation was handled I feel like I was being treated unfair the man comes running out after me asking me if I'm leaving like he was fixing to call the cops on me or something when no I'm not leaving I'm fixing to pay you again for two nights and not to mention all my stuff is in the room 1

Very poor

Dirty Rip Off

The complimentary breakfast was very nice along with the staff who worked it.

The bathroom had urine all over the toilet and floor. I had to clean it myself using clorox wipes I had to purchase! I also asked to have the sheets and towels changed because they did not look like they had been changed. I was handed new sheets and towels to do myself.
