I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
UPDATE: Over a month later, & we still havent received the refund for day 4 the front desk staff member promised us on Oct. 1st. We made the reservation 3+ weeks in advance but neither website, nor upon our arrival were we told that they were actively doing construction every day starting at 8:30am(7:30amCST). Over 3 weeks notice, & we were given the room right next to the construction area. We were told by the manager that it was not his problem when we requested a refund. I made the reservation thru 3rd party(paid in full that same day) but he didnt mind taking my money. Several days of complaints, a girl at the desk said we would get a refund for day 4 of the reservation. I am not happy, nor am I satisfied with the hotels response of Sorry about your experience, unfortunately we have to renovate our rooms to make stays more enjoyable. We hope you will be back and give us another chance. I will be happy when you refund my money for day 4 that was promised to me and I rightfully deserve considering I didnt get any sleep while I was at your hotel, then I will think about giving you another chance. Im just asking for day 4, a day in which we didnt even stay at your hotel. I could be wanting my money back for all four days, but Im not.
After many complaints to several different people and the manager, we finally found someone the morning of the 3rd day that was willing to work with us and said we could check-out early and get a refund for the remaining reserved day so we ended up cutting our vacation short and going home. I still havent received that promised refund and today is 10/11/23. This person we spoke to on the third day and the housekeeping staff were the only people we came across that were friendly and knew the meaning of customer service.
