    The pillows. I know hotels are switching to the small pillows, but big pillows would be so much better

    Other then the rude guests the staff and the hotel itself was great I would stay there again for sure.
    everything about the property was great. The staff was really nice.
    The other guests were rude and made my kids feel uncomfortable at the pool so they got out that was the reason we chose this place and they didnt even get to enjoy it. There were also other guests who complained that our music was too loud when we didnt even have music playing

    The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. The overall facilities are excellent.

    Friendly staff and hotel and rooms were clean. Good value for money. Our last stay at a Comfort Suites in El Paso about a year ago was not great as the hotel and rooms were really dirty so it was nice to see that they've prioritized this area. We stayed in a double queen suite, and the room was a good size. Location is great as Walmart is close by and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems with our booking or stay and would stay at this hotel again.
    The pool could use attention as it was a bit dirty and the whirlpool had bugs in it. Breakfast was okay, but coffee lovers will be disappointed as it didn't even taste like coffee. They say breakfast is until 9 am, but they are slow on refilling the hot items and stopped before 8:30 am so several guests couldn't get a hot breakfast even though they had arrived for breakfast by 8 am.
