    Located on the cliff tops at Southbourne, next to the cliff lifts and Fisherman's Walk, all rooms offer fantastic sea views. It is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth town centre. Panoramic sea (Read More)views across Poole Bay take in Swanage to the West, and Hengistbury Head and the Isle of Wight to the East. Great-value food and drinks, including Real Ales, are served daily in the lounge bar. Every bright, airy bedroom has a comfortable bed and most enjoy sea views. Each room also offers a private bathroom with a power shower and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. The Isle of Wight ferry is just a 30-minute car journey away and several golf clubs are within 15 minutes' drive.

    2 night stay visiting family
    Nice size room lovely comfortable bed. Clean. Plenty of hot water, lovely bath. Good cooked breakfast, nice sausages and bacon. Vegetarian breakfast very good excellent veg sausages.
    Bathroom a little small. Some dust on top of wardrobe and one bedside light did not work. Instant Coffee not so good but came as part of the breakfast.

    A very enjoyable experience
    The Reception was great, and throughout our stay all the staff were first class. The Food was well cooked and presented. The room was clean and well presented.
    The Television reception was poor for many channels. This could be improved in the future. The toilet seat wobbled. The bathroom maintenance could be better.

    Very welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. The evening meal was exceptional. Great location overlooking the sea. Bed was very comfy.
    The only suggestion would be to have the sink in the bathroom and better lighting by a mirror.

    Very easy going and great location and comfortable bed
    Staff were great when I required more milk and sugar early in the morning which was a help
    Room 5.The bath water did not stay and somehow kept emptying out especially when I wanted a relaxing soak. Needs addressing.

    Great location, the food was great. Rooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be returning.
    We did have to keep asking for things at breakfast like hot water, drinking water, glasses, butter ect. It wasn't a problem, but I feel this feedback will help improve them.

    Staff were great, really nice and comfy room. Wasn't sold as sea view but we had a great view of the sea! Excellent value for money.
    Incredibly noisy at night with people going up and down the stairs. Can hear every footstep above you if you aren't on top floor.
