Rxcellent but expensive as could not prepare food

Superb

Excellent family staycation over Christmas, with nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

Generally really enjoyed every aspect of our stay(cation), the staff were always very friendly and helpful and professional. The room was very nice and clean. And on a side note we really, really loved the Christmas Brunch at Nicholini's (8th floor). It was a very nice touch that the staff left a Santa stocking with some gifts at the door on Christmas day.

Cannot really say I didn't like, but a little more variety at the breakfast buffet would be nice (was still very nice though)

Overall underwhelming experience

Adjacent to Pacific Place and Central Hotel placed 2 bears and some rose petals on the bed since we were celebrating our anniversary

Breakfast place was uncomfortable - tables were too close to one another there was difficulty to move around and get food from the buffet. Needed to wait for other guests to get food before you could go and get your food due to the space constraints Staff might need some training e.g. I see people having to hold the elevator for the bell boy, and not a word of thanks to guests who did this

Fantastic location, great views

Location is fantastic, there are nice cafs and restaurants in walking distance and Pacific Place Shopping Centre accessible by the hotel's lifts. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff was nice and efficient. The Conrad had been around for quite some time (for Hong Kong standards) so it has a slightly old fashioned feel, but I liked that.

Wi-Fi was useless. My stay was short and I didn't need to work so I didn't bother to complain.

Hair wonderful especially Jackson in the lobby area a wonderful manager made our stay fantastic

Fabulous location . Lovely staff . Beautiful Christmas decorations great food just wonderful

No toiletries in the bath area shower head ia too small and toilet is the size for a child . Also no power point in bathroom for a shaver or tooth brush
