Lovely location accessible by public transport & room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Loved the green ethos of the hotel.

Chill, good value for money, close to the park.

The staff was really nice, We had a problem with the first room we got (clogged shower), which was uncomfortable but we immediatly got a new room. we also recieved a small gift since we came to celebrate our anniversery, which was really pleasent. the room was quiete and the hotel was practically new and we had the towels replaced and the room tidied up every day. There is soap shampoo and conditioner in the shower and bathroom.

Several things werent the greatest - for the price, location was great but its far from city center. Sometimes we had to wait 10 min in the cold for the tram. but again, its good price per night. The first room we got had clogged shower that i discovered only after entering it, and at the cafe of the hotel you can only pay with card and in my opinion it was slightly pricy for what you can find downtown. Breakfest we didnt try, again because of the price. 19 euros will get you a really nice breakfest in town. overall the expirience was really good though

Excellent location and friendly staff, the buffet was also lovely

No shower door or screen, shower water went all over bathroom. Stains on the bedsheets and window curtains. One of the lights didn't work. No cleaning service in room until we spoke to staff (48 hours into stay)

Water pressure from showers too weak. I know its about saving water but think has gone too far. Largest towels were very small.

Great staff, quirky touches in the rooms., lovely coffee, decent breakfast (although a bit pricey) Great Italian restaurant 2 mins walk away and friendly coffee shop. Nice place for breakfast 2-3 mins away
