Spacious apartment with good facilities
This is a spacious, comfortable flat with good facilities and decent kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and once it was clear that we hadn't been sent check-in instructions, the host was quick to sort out the situation. Having on-site locked parking was a plus. The flat is a few minutes walk away from some good, cheap independent restaurants (although some are a bit tricky to find) and almost next to a small supermarket.
It would be good to have the check-in instructions at least 24 hours before arrival so guests do not have the stress of travelling to a property not knowing whether they will get in. Ours weren't sent at all, although we were told they would be sent on the morning of check-in and we had to phone to get them at the last minute. The problem was quickly sorted out and the flat was fine after that. It would also be good to know that the numbered parking is not adhered to by the other residents - the flat's space was taken and we had to take another, not knowing whether this would cause problems with residents of other flats (it didn't).

No breakfast. Not the best neighborhood.
Neighborhood. Poor quality workmanship throughout. Nowhere for doing hair and makeup. Sofa only comfortable for 2 (therefore OK for us). Annoying motion sensors. Lack of sound insulation and heard lots of noise from other people. Other peoples waste water easily heard in our apartment (4) and conversations. Bath towels too small.

Key access straight forward although accessing car park was a little confusing at first
Ground floor apartment meant other residents were walking past windows - so didnt feel secure initially. But all pleasant. One downside was that being ground floor meant windows had to be kept closed for security so rooms could get stuffy/airless and the bedrooms smelt a bit stale
