Superb

My neice loved it!

Liked the location, the ocean view with balcony, the birds surrounding the room, breakfast was good and the beach was spectacular. We wanted an extra bed but we got upgraded to a family room which was a nice suprise. The family room was spacious and clean. Staff were all friendly and excellent. Ezra stood out during breakfast, she was kind and helpful. She took time every day to come greet us at breakfast and helped us pack a plate of food for my neice one day when she wasn't too well to join us for breakfast. The staff at reception were also very helpful. Great hotel. Will return!!

Was disappointed that there was no gym on the premises.

For some reason, you can really hear the waves. Quite loud in the evenings when trying to sleep.

THE Hotel of HORRORS - I went to hospital after staying there for three nights.

Mostly very friendly staff.

Extremely dirty. First room was totally mold infected! Second room was better. Still the AC exploded and left about 10 liters dirty water on the floor. The floor had not been cleaned for a while anyway! Everywhere oily and filthy spots on the floor. Extremely noisy parties till about 2am despite promising this was not to happen again. Food was for free because of the disastrous hotel condition. Still much too expensive! Every hotel nearby is much cheaper and better! When I arrived back home I had to go to hospital due to a severe virus infection! This is no joke! I swear its true. This was the worst hotel of my entire life. The fact that the Russian owners dont care enough is just omnipresent. Please google other feedbacks to see my experience is repeated over and over again! The hotel does everything possible to avoid these true statements here on booking.com.
