Storm during our stay. One solo mother and child camping in tent during torrential rains. Learnt that solo mothers requested that they sleep in room or allow mother and child to sleep in kitchen area for one night. Request denied. I felt a bit of compassion should have applied. How can your business be comfortable with not allow a child to have a warm dry bed. Very dissapppointed by this.

Good stay in Coromandel town
Very suitable for families, the standard family cabin is nice and located very close to the shared facilities.
The place is a bit too crowded, frequent queues for kitchen and bathrooms. Security wasn't very good as people are partying till late night and monopolising the parking spaces and outdoor bbq area. The drive to the Hot Water Beach is also quite long and difficult; however if Top 10 Hot Water Beach is fully booked I guess this is the next best option

Lovely camp ground with great facilities. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
