Nice holiday home Room are big&spacious bathroom good wifi speed nice swimming pool peaceful sarounding they have a kitchen wher u can cook your own food if u want water they have a machine which supply hot cold warm water for drinking wine shop just outside the hotel buy&drink what you like lot of restaurant outside the hotel easy transportation to go anywhere in north Goa nearest railway station thivim nearest bus stand mapusa half our away thanks to the host rahul he always ther to help&be there if u need anything anytime&the staff working ther are very friendly

Tv was not working since wifi is ther u can watch everything in your phone

Disappointing

Dark, sweaty

Rooms need to be connected to power backup. It is a known fact that Siolim and most other areas in Goa experience power cuts often. Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.

Good value for money, good staff

The staff were very nice and helpful. the room had a fridge, aircon, water filter tap, spacious room and bathroom. nice seating area and swimming pool. good value for money.

The only bad thing was the beds were a bit uncomfy and hard but we still slept well.
