Convenient to get around as next to Main station & wonderful stay in a clean room. Thank you Lobby, reception &

Next to Main Station so easy to get to with luggages. Clean room with view of main station & street. Attentive staff at Lobby & reception. Room cleaning staff did excellent job daily. Welcome drink coupons at hotel cafe.

No issues staying here.

Sound insulation not good

Just next to Taipei station, exit M3, very convenient.

Aircon is not temperature adjustable. It still very cold even we set at Low. Hotel room sound insulation not very good, everybody walking by we can hear very clearly, you need earplugs to sleep.

Very convenient location, good facilities and service.

Location is superb, just next to Taipei Main station. We took airport coach/bus (~100NTD) to Taipei Main Station and walk to the hotel. Breakfast spread is good. I enjoyed the welcome drinks vouchers which can be exchanged at the 17cafe in the hotel. Good coffee and tea variety.

First on the list if we are staying in Taipei again

-top-notch services from lift boy/girl, receptionist, bellboy and other staffs. -free a voucher for drink (from coffee, tea to juices) to be claimed from a downstairs cafe -variety of delicious buffet-style breakfast -vintage decor but super clean facilities -Taipei Main Station M3 exit is just right beside the hotel, less than 30 seconds walk -good quality and fragrance body wash, conditioner, lotion, face wash/hand wash foam -great value for money (some other so called 3 star 4 star hotel with similar price didnt offer as much) -3 lifts available and pretty quick Basically, we love every single thing of the hotel~
