Convenience and price

Needs a major update, rooms are depressing. Window was broken and hard to control the temp. My request to empty my trash was not fulfilled.

Overall it was blah

The property was outdated and the sheets smelled like mildew

The bedroom was filled with ants. The service desk came up and sprayed the room for ants

Disappointing

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

The breakfast was good and checking in and out was easy.

Nothing was clean, the pillows were stained, the shower had a crack in it, the toilet wasn't properly sealed so it shifted, and some of the staff were extremely rude. Especially one of the dark haired ladies in the morning giving nasty snarky comments to other guests while people are trying to eat breakfast. At night there was a gentleman who claimed there was quiet hours after 10 and was extremely hostile when mentioning it to me and my family when we weren't making any noise, while there were people slamming doors and running up and down the halls all night long keeping us up. I will not be staying here again I guarantee I will be mentioning it to everyone I know.

I didnt like their slow elevator. Also when my husband came for lunch around 9:45 there was almost nothing left, and they didnt bring anything for him.

Did not have breakfast.

Shower drain could not drain water fast enough, so ended up showering in a pool of water.
