Had to wait hours for a room because they only had one person in housekeeping. Didn't get into a room until @ 7. I went and found the housekeeper myself and she was done cleaning her rooms and getting ready to clock out. We had made reservations weeks ago and our room was the last one cleaned. All other rooms were cleaned even empty available rooms got cleaned before my reservation. Then all we had was 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels. When I asked for more towels I was questioned like I was lying and was given small ass pool towels. Had to come get regular towels and things we needed from morning staff.

Didn't get to stay -Room not cleaned

We checked in and when we got to the room it still had the other peoples trash and dirty towels. Bed was not made. The room had not been cleaned. When we went back to the front desk we were told there was no one there to clean the room and no other rooms were available. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels in the area with rooms available. We were just out of luck.

Lovely facility, our King Suite was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the fitness room, which was clean and well-organized.

The location was obviously understaffed. We understand that is the reality of many businesses right now. In fairness to the hotel, they said there would not be stay over housekeeping the day we checked in. The staff responded promptly to our request for clean towels and picked up the trash we bagged. Very nice folks in a bad situation.

Young woman at desk went out of her way to help me unload car and get everything to a room.

I was guaranteed by your site and by call to the facility of a handicap room. I arrived early only to be told they could not honor my request even though it was reserved months prior to the dates. This made it impossible for me to stay and I would lose my opera weekend tickets as there were no refunds. After much discussion the manager was able to find one room for me but it was about as far from the elevator as possible and on the third floor. Had the elevator stopped or had there been an emergency I would have been unable to escape.
