Very good

One night stay for wedding reception weekend.

Convenient to the wedding reception I was attending. Was able to get into the room early check in.

Centrally located. Jason (bell hop) was nice. Vallet was convenient.

Very expensive for the condition of the hotel. Vallet should be included for the price of the hotel.

Great location and staff. Get a room in the newer wing.

Location is great - easy walking distance to king street shops and meeting street and east bay restaurants

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed and the room this time was in the older wing. It was clean and large but showed wear. Some mildew stains on tile, a foot broken off the refrigerator cabinet and not repaired well. The rooms in the newer wing are smaller but in better condition.

Someone stole my cane from my mobility scooter when I went into the lobby restroom. Without my cane I fell in my bedroom

Location

Nobody let us know they dont clean the rooms all the time. The furniture was filthy at falling apart. The whole week we were there sheets never changed. We got towels every two days that was it.

Disappointing. Resulted in not wanting to go with Marriott again.

The breakfast option was a small kiosk with packaged items. Had to find option outside hotel. This impacted negatively our schedule. Thirty seven dollar valet only parking way too expensive.
