It was very Pleasant and Enjoyable stay with them.

The experience was very pleasant. The ambiance and comfort were excellent. The staff was cooperative and humble, and the breakfast was awesome. I suggest this place for short and long stays as well. "The plus point is that it is very close to the train station."

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet in the restroom. However, the overall cleanliness of the restroom, excluding the toilet, was good and acceptable. As a Muslim, I appreciate having a Muslim shower in the toilet, but I understand that this is not a common practice in Europe, so I did not include this point in my rating.

Exceptional

Great experience

Location was good, and well connected to the Metro and different restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean, the view beautiful and staff very friendly.

The night we arrived, one of the beds was not made. And we called down to the front desk to ask them to bring us sheets. We needed to remind them approximately 5 times before somebody came to make the second bed. By that time, it was already past 11 PM and we were travelling with a 4 year old.

Great location, but housekeeping need to be more professional.

Some of the staff were amazing. Location of the hotel is really good. All reception supervisors are really helpful and great. They gave me a free meal during my stay. The beds are very good.

Housekeeping is the worst I have ever experienced so far. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and the receptionist refused to let me check-in (I kind of understand) but when I spoke to another receptionist, he immediately checked me in! No one helped me to get my luggage from the car to imside the hotel. Cupboard in the room is tiny and I couldn't use it at all. Restaurant in the hotel didn't have much on the menu for lunch and dinner. Car parking is extremely expensive. I had to wait three days till the Housekeeping refilled tissue box in the toilet. The shower was half working, and the water pressure was very low.
