Disappointing

Great location, facility needs money put back into it for updating and cleaning. Staff pleasant.

Location was great, close to airport. Staff was pleasant. This was the dirtiest, poorly maintained Courtyard facility I have ever stayed in anywhere.

Charged for parking. Very expensive cost of hotel Lots of signs dont do this, dont do that Felt like it was ran by a greedy heavy ruled manager Its a vacation nobody wants excessive rules or a ridiculous presence of overcharging or authority on a vacation. We stayed in 8 hotels in 8 nights this was the worse..

Credit Card mix-up caused me to be charged twice. It was resolved on the last day there, but was slightly inconvenient.

Front desk staff was awesome so nice. Lovely stay.

They two girls running the coffee / breakfast nook , both so rude. One vacuuming the whole time we ate breakfast. They both were so unfriendly.

Booked a room that would sleep 5 and then they ran out of those rooms before we got there so perhaps overbooked. Instead though they gave us a 2nd room to accommodate which was great!
