Excellent location downtown with easy (paid) parking

Parking was just a teeny tiny bit expensive but not out of reason with what it costs in the vicinity.

Nice hotel, good location..but

The room and hotel were really nice, good location.

We don't know why, but we got a bad vibe from the room. It's hard to explain and we didn't initially feel it until during the night. We left and didn't finish our stay.

GM was pleasant and worked to resolve payment issue.

Properdy tried to change me more than my reservation was set to. That was resolved. Room was not cleaned well. Housekeeping staff does nit speak english.

The hotel itself was fine. The location is great. We were leaving on the train the next day.

You need to change the parking gate access. I arrived in pouring rain and had to go inside and have someone come out to get the gate to work every time I came and went. Paper scan code is a joke.
