    Not the most comfortable experience and definitely needs some TLC, but good location.
    Self catering facilities and the shower had good pressure and always hot water. The bathrooms were very clean.
    Some curtain rails were hanging by a thread. The fridge door was broken. But the worst part of all was the fact that there was a very strong urine smell coming from the living room seating area. There was broken beer and wine bottles thrown about at the back of the caravan - not safe for kids. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower door and the shower hose were falling apart. The carpet was extremely dirty and borderline disgusting.

    Tidy,clean and basic caravan on a great site but needs some tlc
    Lovely site, caravan is in a great location, really close to the pool and entertainment. Caravan basic but generally clean and tidy.
    Caravan wasnt ready until 5.30pm which was frustrating with 3 fed up kids after travelling for 7 hours. Caravan is lacking some basic things such as sharp knives,scissors no washing up bowl. The kettle lid is broken and needs to be watched or it will boil over which could be dangerous. The shower door is broken. The mattresses need replacing, you can feel every spring and wake up everyday with backache.

    We had a lovely holiday and time in the caravan which was clean and catered to our needs. Hosts were friendly and easy t
    clean and catered to our needs and expectations
    nothing enjoyed our stay. the only down side was that the entertainment passes were not included (we were aware at booking) and I found what the site charged for the oases were very pricy for our weekend stay so we didnt think that they were value for money!

    Was good overall, convenient and cozy, but a few minor things which we had to sort at start
    Was cozy, easy to access and nice location with plenty of overflow parking
    There were rips in curtains, someone had left pants on light shade in lounge when we first arrived, couple of the plates had to clean prior to use

    Pleasant stay in beautiful Cornwall
    Nice caravan, in a quiet part of the park. The caravan has everything you need, including iron/ironing board, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner! The verandah area was nice to sit and relax on, an extension of the living room if the weather is good! The park seemed nice, although we didn't use the facilities as we spent most of the time at the beach! Location is good, with quick easy access to Newquay, Watergate Bay etc, and a short drive to St Columb Minor where the Farmers Arms does really nice food. Communication with Lola was great. Would likely look to book again when we next visit Kernow :)
