Very good

We really enjoyed our stay and watching the boats go down the river. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

It was beautifully landscaped and the view of the river was amazing. It was nicely stocked with supplies and the AC worked well on hot days.

The bed was comfortable but extra high luckily we did happen to bring a stool.

Exceptional

We liked it so much we decided to book it again for October to see some of the fall colors.

We loved the location. Right on the river. The view is beautiful. It's just a short drive to downtown or Rock City and Ruby Falls.

There was some mold under the hot tub lid. And a little bit of a musty smell when we first arrived. Maybe the carpet needed a good cleaning. Probably needs to be replaced but a good cleaning would help.

Good

We loved that it was right on the water, good for fishing! It was quiet and peaceful.

Our biggest complaint is the lighting outside. The path to the river was very dark. Out of about 20 lights only 4 worked. By the hot tub there was no lights besides small ones on the railing that didn't light a whole area.
