No parking available. The free parking near the hotel is always busy. The beds are not clean also the towels in the bathrooms.

Value for money and location

Parking is the biggest issue. Check in before 9 pm otherwise you will lose your room which is ridiculous. .

They didn't provide a room

They didn't provide a room stating that the hotel is fully booked although I have confirmation.

This is not the first time they told me earlier I need to check in before 9pm else I will lose the room. Now when I booked after 10 pm it's impossible to check in before 9pm.
