    Great place but too expensive.
    Great location just by the beach and next to restaurants, only 15min car drive to Victoria. Breakfast was nice and room is spacious.
    Overall it doesnt feel like a 5* hotel and it is too expensive for what you get.

    Excellent location - close to Beau Vallon beach but at the same time in a "quiet corner", nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, supermarkets in walking distance
    A bit more kitchenware for self-catering villa would be very much appreciated

    Overpriced & run down.
    Someone referenced Faulty towers in another trivago review, very apt for this hotel. Manager is a character to put it nicely.
    Lack of amenities in rooms. No bathrobes, proper soaps, tea, tv, etc, etc.

    The location is great, best in Mahe. Highly recommend to book this! Nice and cosy small villa with beautiful pool side. We just loved it! Breakfast is great, served to table (only minus, that it's a bit slow as only one person handles everything, but you are on Holiday :))
    I would give 10/10 for everything, but there are those small things that I can't. Price was quite high for the quality, the furniture were a bit outdated/dirty, cabinet doors wouldn't close properly, pool was dirty, pool towels outdated, table cloths dirty/broken etc. These don't ruin the experience, but you notice them, when you pay a lot for the accommondation.

    One of the hidden gems to stay in praslin.
    The room was facing the sea and in the morning you could hear the sea breeze. My type of preference. Amazing breakfast set up at the front balcony facing the sea. Nadia the host is amazing and accommodating. Very helpful. Would stay again definitely. Parking available in the compound and also quiet.

    Beautiful villa with very fantastic details and design and atmosphere, breakfast, the reality as it is in a picture
    No bathrobes, no sleepers, shampoo etc from the local supermarket, dirty swimming pool (many thanks for the manager to clean it himself). It seems there are not enough stuff, one person do everything, work, controlling, cleaning, cooking etc And the main disappointment - Security guy, who was chatting and sitting at the outside chair as he was the guest of this property

    Nice location but really need a refurbishment
    - Chabi was the person who helped us with everything during our stay and he was super nice and friendly! - The lobby was nicely decorated - Super close to the beach, and there were many nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby
    - The facilities in our villa were extremely old and needed an upgrade- chairs were almost falling apart, nightstands were cracked, toilet seats were half-broken, the door couldn't be closed properly... etc. - The rooms felt like they were not being cleaned enough- dusts on the table and bedsheet, unknown black stuff (possibly lizard's poop) in the kitchen drawer, and there were HUGE COCKROACHES!!

    Excellent location, kind crew, we will come back....
    Clean house, well equipped. Close to nature. Beach excellent not crowdy and just a couple meters from the house. The staff are very kind, can handle every request! Thanks for them for the beautiful stay!!
    We can not found any problems according to the villa.

    Unique homely boutique stay
    Its a beautiful villa thats directly on the beach of Beau Vallon and has limited rooms and therefore you have the feeling the place is your own! Staff and Peter the manager are all lovely and made our stay comfortable
    The mattress in the room we were in was very uncomfortable and hard. The level of cleanliness could be improved in the whole place especially the pool.
