I would rate the location a ten out of ten because the hotel is only 5 minutes away from the Zuid station. Their employees are extremely polite and helpful.

At the end of our stay, the hot water was unintentionally turned off

No initiative. Put declared value of 50 when posting back left behind laundry. I have to pay import tax for old unwashed underwear! Really??
