Excellent service from staff, they can communicate with Guests using the Chinese/English translator

Breakfast food and staff, room comfortability and gym facility equipped with Sauna and steam room.

Too busy with people coming in and out of the U-Town mall, and there's no privacy when standing outside.. police came by after my dinner next door (Blue Frog Restaurant) and they were taking photos of me for no reason... I was treated like a criminal in that moment *sad*

Location is Fine, And Reception girl Joy was amazing.

I have booked double bed not twin but they give me twin room, that's not professional, and Booking should take control of this, once I said to give me double bed, they just take and Marge the beds.

The hotel is in a good location and close to a major shopping mall. Staff is very pleasant.

Room is a bit dated and certain areas such as floor, window and wall need deeper level of cleaning.

In general the building is kind of old, bathroom is nice in pictures but requires deep cleaning, specially the shower cabin. Compared to Crowne plaza lido, U-town one is less attractive with no good odor as Lido one and smaller fitness and pool.

Breakfast was great and the people there are so friendly with a smile. Location is good and the shopping mall next door provided many food outlets and shopping opportunities.

Pricing is high and no discount for a long stay.
