Family stay

++++ very nice friendly staff both in reception and at breakfast. Got upgraded room, help with crib to our baby, help with heating up baby food.

- you can very easily hear the corridor and other rooms. When someone closes a door in the corridor the night stand table shakes. No toilet brush in the room. The breakfast very expensive but not so special. Room interior a little bit worned down

1- cold temperature at arrival at the room. you expect that you will enter a room which is at least at room temperature when entering when you pay a tariff as for Crowne plaza hotel. 2- blankets were too small 3- shower was not clean at all 4- not right value for money

The noise was terrible. The air conditioner was too loud and you could not switch it off. could hardly sleep. Next day talked to reception they fixed something but wasn't much better

Excellent hotel for weekend escape.

Although the location is far from city centre, there is metro (5 min walk) and also 5 min walk to FIELDS mall. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Very close to airport.

Loved everything about the hotel. There is nothing not to like !

The staff was nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was ok.

The constant noise of the elevator which was close to our room, especially during the night or early morning. The fact that the hotel blocked a higher amount of money on our company car than the payment we had to make for our accommodation.

I stayed due to business, would not choose for Copenhagen

Well execute corporate hotel. Close to metro and rail links to airport and city centre and one metro stop from the Bella conference centre. Good breakfast.

Location is in the new souless socialist square box apartment district. The lack of character in this district makes me cry a little on the inside

Pleasant

Great location for Arena visitors

The location is perfect for visiting Arena and very close to metro/train station.

The toilet flush is very very weak (need to hold the flush button for a longgg time), bed mattress too hard, and one of the pillowcases is not very clean. The room temperature setting shows 22.5 degree but feels like 18/19 degree.
