Bf is great! The room is big,

Staff in front desk a bit stiff. The check out process takes a loooooong wait, whats the need to check too long the inventory? The hotel not 3 star, if something missing just charge cc right?

for an international chain hotel- expected to have staff that could communicate in basic English as a minimum - not west

location and beach

there is a complete lack of English spoken by all staff I couldnt even ask for extra pillows as the didnt understand me despite being transferred to 4 different people. an international hotel that has a pool bar but does not serve any cocktails nor do they have a cocktail list available anywhere within the resort! does not serve wine and more so champagne! attempts to charge you corkage for bringing your own champagne from outside as they dont stock any as well as charge you for ice ! took us 10 minutes to try and order room service despite menu having numbers and transfered to 3 different people again due to complete lack of English!
