    Excellent. Will be staying here again.
    Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was also very good and it was very easy to move around using public transportation.

    Personal - excellent. Very friendly staff in all areas including Reception, restaurant, bar, breakfast, cleaning. Their customer service is outstanding. The breakfast is wonderful, very rich and full of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel asxwe had a grear time there.

    The staff and cleanness were good. Bathroom toilet materials was OK. Air-conditioning was ok
    Location was not easy to reach. No concierge or bellman services. Bed covering was two separate single sheet for king bed room. Breakfast options are limited Clothes cabinet is too small No bath robes or slippers were provided

    Great location wonderful property
    Staff were very helpful in offering advice and things to do right from the second we checked in and were very happy to have a good conversation with us. The room was a good size with perfect facilities and was very comfortable and would be more than happy to stay here again. Great value for money given the brand name.

    It's a very clean, modern hotel. Rooms were comfortable and there's a nice, quiet bar in the lobby.
    It's a little out of the way, and a long walk from the train station. It felt very quiet and safe, just far from the museums and shops.

    Breakfest - overall selection was quite broad, but no so much for vegetarians/vegans. Room was spacious, paid a bit extra for the view, but could have gone without - room on the 6th floor had a small window with a view that was not too different from what I could see just walking around in the city or by the river. Grocery store ~8min walk and there is a small (working!) fridge in the room. Room also has a coffee/tea station - kettle with cups and a few coffee/tea bags. Toiletries are available (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion), so you can save space in your luggage. No slippers. Location ~30 min walk from the city center which I don't mind as the hotel neighborhood is more quiet and felt safe, but be mindful of possible ongoing construction in the city (especially if you are on foot). Drive from/to the airport is convenient as the stop is quite near the hotel.

    As I prefer no socializing in the mornings, I didn't care for the breakfest system - wait in line to be seated each time. My stay was in November, so the room was a bit chilly, but nothing extreme. I would say that the overall cost could be lower, but no other complaints, was alright - would probably stay again.
