Location is superb and staffs were very attentive.
The rooms need some maintenance. First room we had the toilets were blocked then after moving us to another room, the door to the master bedroom was jammed and couldnt open.

Staff were unhelpful and rude. Low variety and quality of served food.
In general all staff, including management, were extremely impolite. They lied constantly and did not meet the expected standards for the type of hotel and service they announce. The worst experience ever.
