Dirty linens

The location was close to downtown

The towels were soiled upon arrival making us think all the linens must be dirty. We were given a refund because of blood on the wash cloths that we were told was make up still not acceptable.

Good

Some staff are very rude when checking guest in.

The size of the room and bed comfort is outstanding. For the amount of money that was spent for 2 nights there should be breakfast in the morning. As a former employee of the hotel, I love the rooms. Some of the employees need to be onboarding process again they are not hospitable at all. I guesd should feel well rested after staying in the hotel. Most times this is how I feel when staying here. However, I think alot of the team need urgent diversity training badly.

Price-quality ratio is decent

Easily accessible location next to the airport.

Heating unit was extremely loud. So either you need to turn it off if you want to sleep or you turn it on if you dont want the room to cool down.

Disappointing

Bathroom did not look like it was cleaned, there was black hairs left in the shower, sink, floors (i'm blonde). There was no body wash left in the shower. The front desk person did not know how to find any soap for me and I had to wait the next morning to ask someone else. There is no free coffee or water, and no complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for everything.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The people were really, really nice and accommodating. I was a distressed passenger, and they have a lot of experience dealing with people who are not at their best.

The removal of the pool is in progress; once that's done, the atrium will be much nicer. With luck, they will also be able to get rid of the chlorine scent. The location is indicated as being right at the airport ... it technically is, but on the other side of the airport property from the entrance, so you still have to take a (very quick) shuttle to get there.

I needed something close to the airport, and thats what I got.

Overall, nice. Close to the airport, and the bathroom was large.

They clearly didnt vacuum my room before I stayed. There were crumbs and nail clippings on the floor in my room when I arrived. I was so tired and needed to sleep, so I decided to just not say anything and go straight to bed.

Exceptional

We needed to stay close to the airport and this hotel was close and great price.

We were able to leave our car parked at rhe hotel. We liked that they had a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. The property was very conveniently located to the airport and the staff were great!

Not much to not like since my overall experience was great. It fit the need for what we wanted for our vacation.

With the cost and location, its not bad for short stay.

Their quesadilla was good, but carrot cake was too sweet. The location is good. Only ~15-20 minutes drive to downtown and ~10 minutes drive to airport. Every hotel is expensive there with parking charge. This one has free parking. Highway is wide. So, traffic is not bad at all.

The room was little old. I have to fix the running water in toilet seats tank. I think the flapper wasnt working properly. Just one night there. Forgot to mention when I checked out. Then, I think they are under renovation. I think my rental cars tire got a piece of nail there. Of course, not 100%. Just be careful when you park at the back.
