    Excellent breakfast buffet . . . THE SERVICE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!...
    The DINNER time service staff... Definitely they need proper PROFESSIONAL training.

    A good place to stay in Miraflores
    Located in a nice part of town. Staff was attentive. Felt very safe. Room was upgraded and was huge. "Included breakfast was great for touring.
    A little dated especially the bathroom. Was old but clean so OK by us.

    Looking to check out the best of Lima, the Crown Plaza Miraflores is the place to be!
    I traveled alone to study Spanish at the Lima Spanish School directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel was also five minutes from the Pacific Ocean and across the street from a full access gym. The staff took care of me. They watched out for me like family, treated me like a queen, helped me practice my Spanish and even helped with my homework. More than anything, the staff was amazing. I loved the staff there, especially Luis, Diego, Yomer, Angelica, Antonio.. and Taxi Driver Willie. Oh, did I mention it's centrally located and very safe to walk at night even as a woman walking along!

    The pool is very small, but you really shouldn't spend too much time swimming considering there's so much to do in Lima. I did like that the pool was heated though. I used it more like a jacuzzi just to soak after my long walks.

    Short but sweet
    Great location. Diego at reception was VERY helpful and provided an excellent dinner recommendation. We left early but the staff packed breakfast for us to take - the vegetarian option was delicious.
    Lighting in the suite was very sim but the staff were SO attentive. They came to sort the issue out straight away and even brought us dessert to apologise for the inconvenience. Definitely provided good customer service.

    Room was big, hotel was well located and the bathroom was spacious. Guards were nice but service was not great in any parts of the hotel.
    Water pressure was really bad, A/C was really loud, the rooms are big but look a bit empty, and breakfast was pretty basic, specially in peruvian standards.
