Would definitely be my go to hotel when visiting my son!

Friendly lobby staff and room service staff. Great location and hotel meals were very good!

Didnt like to go outside in bad weather to go to lobby snd hotel restaurant

Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ok. Poor drainage as it was pouring rain and had to walk thru deep puddles to get to our room. The buildings are in disrepair. Pillows were all very big and hard, no variety. All in all its ok, but doesn't measure up to the reputation....

Stay for location. Not the accommodation

Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Chandler. Everything is at your doorstep. Nice swimming pool and gardens. History of hotel is interesting.

Rooms smelled from old pipes. Water didnt drain in bathroom. Design of rooms feels very dated. I expected a lot more for the price they charge.
