Located on Cape Cod, this Provincetown, adults-only inn is less than 2 miles from Herring Cove Beach and offers on-site facilities like a sauna, full-service spa and hot tub. A breakfast buffet is se (Read More)rved daily. No one under the age of 18 is permitted at any time. A refrigerator and free Wi-Fi are available in every room at the Crowne Pointe Inn. Guests staying at the Crowne Pointe Historic Inn can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool or lounging on the sun terrace. The use of the steam room, sauna, soaking tub and relaxation at our award winning Shui Spa is included with the room stay. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast is served to guests and complimentary wine and cheese is served daily from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. We have stayed at different locations in Provincetown, and this was by far the best stay we have had. Everyone from the point of arrival to departure were amazing. They also gave room for a small wedding

The overall layout is nice and (in theory and depending on the guests) prone to relaxation and well being. The personnel from the restaurant was outstanding! They made us feel welcome and important. They took the time to know us, to listen and did everything they could to make our experience a top notch one. The restaurants food was also very good. Major improvement vs the past. A hidden gem. The cleaning personnel was also quite nice and did a great thorough job. Rooms are very clean.

Not a very pleasant vibe upon arrival. Mixed approach by personnel. While some were genuinely nice, others werent as much and we felt like we were bothering them when interacting. Partying and verbally disrespectful customers bothered everyone during 2 days. The hotel is supposed to be a luxury hotel with a spa, not a bachelorette Vegas style hangout. While this is obviously circumstantial, the team needs to be trained on how to handle such situations. The hotel should choose its vocation between an anything goes location or a spa and if the answer is the spa, then a spa etiquette (even if a bit more on the loungy-chill-sideto fit with the towns vibe ) should be enforced like at any other spa. At the moment it looks like the hotel is searching for its identity. Finally, The A/C didnt work well and the mattress was getting old.
