We enjoyed the beach and the room at the hotel. But we were disappointed with the small swimming pool and the parkings.

Nice view

1. Parking was terrible. It was not at the hotel but across the road which was very unsafe to cross. The parking area was in dirt, puddles and muddy when it rained. 2. There is no proper parking bay at the hotel to unload or load luggage. The hotel is located at the bend and to unload and load our luggage we had to risk our life as it was a very very dangerous hidden bend with fast flowing traffic. 3. Lots of road constructions nearby and there were electricity and water outages. We had no electricity and water for a whole day. 4. No buffet breakfast and their food menu is pretty expensive. 5. We have to check the conditions of the equipment and fittings in the room and sign the consent for their charging list. 6. The bath towels were so old. 7. Too many steps to get to the room and to the beach 8. Swimming Pool is too small.

Breakfast was top notch. The bay itself is very nice, and an easy walk into Lamai. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager was a particular stand out.

Pool is very small and right on the restaurant so has no privacy and also no pool lounges etc. Be aware if staying in rainy season as the bay water gets very dirty with the rain.

Sunny the Manager made it better.

The location was pretty..staff were nice..Sunny the Manager was great. Beds were good. Staff and food was great.

The pool was being renovated and weren't told upon booking, the 2nd room we stayed in for the 2nd half of our stay had the noise from the tin roof from the nassage area banging which was loose and kept us awake all night, the shower was terrible with very low pressure and not hot water and drain didn't work and was blocked. Couldn't swim at the beach as was sharp rocks everywhere..perhaps wrong time of the year we stayed ? Overall the stay was average but Sunny the Manager made it better.
