Very loud, not possible to have a normal sleep.

Nothing positive when you can not have your normal sleep.

At 08:00 morning they turn on very loud Balinese music and it was not possible to sleep normally anymore. Or even spend your morning time just in calm. Never meet at any hotel in the world such an awful idea for wake up your guests with annoying music at 8:00 and duration for 2 hours EVERY day!!!!!! Music really loud. I was calling to reception 3 times to stop it but it was playing 2 hours until 10:00am every day! If you want to have your calm morning and sleep well - dont stop here for sure!!! If you want attend the Balinese music concert at 8am - welcome.

Overall Easy stress free experience. Easy communication for pick up and drop off's. Good spa and Pool.

The room said double with sofa bed - When arrived was like a small couch not sofa bed but they did put in extra bed after talking to the staff.

Disappointing

Sorry. Wont stay in this hotel again. Worst experience in Bali over the festive season

The restaurant has a very nice menu. And many options

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. Checking in at 5pm. After a long drive, We had to wait 35 minutes for them to check if the room is ready. Booked a double bed but then got told they only have two single beds!! Could have least offered us an upgrade at a cost but never offered. Then checking out took 20 minutes for them to check the room again. Room was really dirty. By mistake I moved the bed and found so much dirt, hair and slippers underneath. Bathroom was even worse with all the dirt and rust. This is a motel, not a hotel.
