lets start where we stayed 3 nights,which is great,i'll score the experience 10/10 .Then when we extended another day and that is where everything is a disaster.They wanted us to transfer to another room because IT IS THEIR PREFERENCE AND IT IS CONVINIENT FOR CUESTAS which should not be the case.You dont transfer room unless there is a major problem in the room,but everything is going well to us but for cuestas its not because they need to accomodate 2 family together in 2 deluxe room which is our room.I asked why we need to transfer, Their reason?because we are extending night.So my question,if we didnt extend our stay and lets say its a normal 4nights,do you still have the guts to transfer us to another room when in fact we have the right since we didnt EXTEND?it doesnt make sense,oh and by the way,the one who decided for us to transfer is the owner itself which dont have any hospitality qualities and doesnt know how to answer or react properly when problems arise.You dont say to an angry customer that "I'll tell you a funny story",nothing is funny right now and let me tell you something,you dont answer to customer as if we are in fault.
So we said yes we will transfer,problem is we have an excursion to deal with at 4am,and they wanted us to move 4am?good thing they offered help,okay problem solved.We came back,tired and exhausted,we were in the new room and it was horrible,yes it got a proper view but its the worst room,showers are not properly working,television not working and insects and lizards inside the room.I understand that insects and lizards are expected but obviously lizard will not stay in our place if there are no insects.So we asked the staff to clean it for us which is really nice of them.You will notice how uncomfortable staff are when their boss is around,i wonder why.
Oh and by the way,the only hotel I visited without a phone.
